How to make Streamer cut-out (Lamp)
Step by Step Instructions :
- First cut 12*18 cm strips from colorful glaze paper, then fold the strips (see download).
- Print out the lantern shape and trace on glaze paper.
- Cut out the lantern shape and hang your lantern for Diwali!
