Think Fun Lazer Maze – Toy Review

Think Fun Lazer Maze – Toy Review

Lazers have always been considered an instant crowd-pleaser for adults and children alike. ThinkFun has managed to bring together the ‘cool factor’ of lasers with the educational aspect of STEM-related games. Lazers have always been limited to pointers that children use to annoy each other or the ones adults use during presentations. ThinkFun has taken the exploration of lasers a step forward with this fun and interactive game.

Each game set comes with a grid on which you can place angled-mirror game pieces which can be rotated. The aim of the game is to position these pieces on the grid in such a manner that the laser beams bounce and split to hit the aimed target.

Success in the game relies on using logic and focus to place the game pieces accurately. Reasoning comes into play when players have to predict how the lasers will bounce and refract off each of the pieces.

The game comes with 4 levels – beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert; to make sure no player finds themselves bored or stuck with any of the levels. A detailed instruction manual is also provided and all the game pieces are made of sturdy and durable material.
